We have a number of principles by which we work, no matter what service is being supplied:
We will work on the basis of fixed fees, not hourly rates. This will allow you to budget for the services we provide without any nasty shocks.
You will not be tied into a retainer with us for more than 12 months. Some providers seek to sign you up to 5 year arrangements. We have faith that you will want to renew year on year and it is our job to impress you sufficiently that you will want to renew.
We will not operate a “hard sales” approach. If a service or product is not for you, we will tell you.
You will deal with real people who you can meet face to face – not a call centre.
